Below are the Current Openings details.

1) Position : CSR (Customer Support Representative)
Shift : OZ
Function: Internal Voice process
Qualification : 10+2,Graduate,Fresher
Experience:- FRESHER or Experienced
Australian Process but work timing are regular 9am-6pm Indian Standard time.

2) Position : Trainer
Shift : US
Qualification : 10+2,Graduate,
Experienced in Outbound sales, Up selling, Insurance and Logistics will be an added advantage.

3) Position : Assistant TL
Shift : US
Qualification : 10+2,Graduate,
Experienced in Outbound sales, Up selling, Insurance and Logistics will be an added advantage.

4) Position : Quality Analyst (preference for yellow belt trained )
Shift : US
Qualification : 10+2,Graduate,
Experienced in Outbound sales, Up selling, Insurance and Logistics will be an added advantage.

5) Position : Trainer (Preference with Australian Exp)
Shift : OZ

Experience:- Must have experience training in Australian process or accent
Australian Process but work timing are regular 9am-6pm Indian Standard time.

6) Position : Quality Lead (Exp minimum 6months as QL)
Shift : OZ & US

Experience: US - Experienced in Outbound sales, Up selling, Insurance and Logistics will be an added advantage.
OZ - Must have exp training in Australian process or accent
Shift Times: Australian Shift timing are regular 9am-6pm Indian Standard time. US Shift time
Will Starts at 6:30PM to6:30AM *Note – This will calculate US time zones .i.e., EST and PST Time Zones.
